As I launch the new business I have done everything that I could do to be sure that the business starts perfectly. I had processed all the legal paper that we needed to be sure that the business will be legal. Products that we sells are all organize and even the employee is all well trained.
I couldn’t make it without the help of my friends who are also with me with the business. Our ideas had made the business opening successfully. Now I am thinking of another idea which a customer can easily find and know the details of our product even if they don’t visit my place. Or they do not have time to check out my site for the updates and the latest for the product that I am offering.
Then one time I am riding a train and saw an office girls talking to each other as they reach brochures of a company. Looking at them, you can see that they are too busy and don’t have time for shopping and their only chance for checking out for the latest was the brochure. That gave me an idea of having my product on brochure. I need not to worry if where I can find the right company for my needs for I already had a printing service company that was available online also can offer the discount printing. Someone who had created by business card. I have read on their site that they also offer brochure printing and more

A leader’s functional role is derived from the work group. Their actions are determined by their role in the group. These actions may reflect different kinds of functional roles to keep the group unified and act effectively in execution of its work task.
The functions of the leader may be
(1) direct, such as choosing the group goal, supervising performances, making decisions, or completing plans or it may be more
(2) complex such as serving as the group ego. The group ego develops from the individual egos of the group members; the group ego develops by
- integrating the group’s needs and goals with reality outside the group;
- satisfying interpersonal needs within the group; and
- creating an atmosphere free of conflict for group member.
In addition, the leader must
(1) know himself and his men. Self-awareness and self-development will increase his understanding of others;
(2) keep his employees informed. Make sure that each individual recognizes and understands the goals of his company;
(3) set the example;
(4) make sound and timely decision. The leader is executive, expert, instructor, personnel technician, counselor, stress manager, and custodian of his men’s welfare and developments;
(5) develop a sense of responsibility among subordinates through proper supervision and delegation of authority and responsibility. Give credit to those deserving;
(6) take responsibility of his actions and the action of subordinates. To achieve this it is important to train workers as a team where the success or failure of the group is also the success and failure of each member of the team. In situations where conflicts arise and decisions and actions seem to fail it is better for the leader to take the blame than to pass the buck.

An influential factor in stimulating the organization at all points is the emphasis on human relation. A consequence of this tendency is to spread responsibilities as widely as possible within the firm. This is evident In the following forms.
Bottom up. This is a design that permeates the entire management in order that all persons in it may contribute as fully as possible to the achievement of the goals of the organization. The essential quality of. bottom-up is the stimulation of a “feeling of personal freedom to think and plan boldly; to undertake new and untried ventures; to fight back if ideas and plans are attacked by superiors; to take calculated risks in which mistakes are accepted without punishment.”
The two-way flow system. This is a technique by which employees and managers effectively participate in policy making. The downward flow comprises authority to implement the policy. The upward flow, if uninhibited is a stream of questions, facts and opinions, that executives and workers of all. levels and stations along the line gain from actual experience in concluding the affairs of the business.
From workers, clerks and supervisors through department heads or top executives and vice versa, this two-way flow of ideas is essential if there is to be a common understanding of purpose and policy throughout an organization.
